Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Target-Based Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent within given timeframes while meeting set targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong network, and the ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to achieve hiring targets. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various job portals, networking platforms, and direct outreach. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and clients. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and job fit. Coordinate interview processes between clients and candidates. Ensure timely and successful placements by aligning candidate expectations with client requirements.
