Urgent job opening of Purchase Executive for Pharmaceutical Company at Andheri East. Eligibility - 1 to 3 yrs experience in Pharma Industry. Knowledge and experience with Raw material, Packaging material. Role & Responsibilities- Research potential Vendors. Track orders & ensure timely deliveries. Prepare cost analysis. Follow up with the supplier as needed. Update internal database with order details (vendors , quantities & discount). Co- Ordinate with Factory requirement - RM / PM & others requirement. Floating RFQ (Request for quote), collecting offers from suppliers, preparation of comparison statement, raising approval note in system and preparation of purchase order and contracts. Timely and cost-effective procurement of MRO items. Raw Material , Capital goods/spares/consumables and services which meets quality standards and daily requirements of industry. Knowledge about ERP. Developing annual rate contracts for regular consuming goods and spares to have economical advantage and reduced lead time. Maintenance of supplier agreements as per QMS requirements. Maintenance of data and preparation of monthly MIS reports. Other tasks assigned time to time. Qualifications: BE ( Preferred ) / Graduate with relevant experience will also be considered. 2 to 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry in similar capacity
