Responsibilities: Basic knowledge of sourcing following: Electrical Panels, Power & Communication Cables, Connectors, Glands, Lugs, ties, ferrules, Earthing material, LA material, UPS system, Plumbing items, cable trays, conduits, Civil material, hardware material, Safety items and related items of Solar Power Ability to source Transport services across India Sourcing of Services and O&M spares Warehouse stock management and Control Identify potential vendors for supply& services Compare, evaluate and prepare quote comparison for offers from suppliers Activity based costing Negotiate the offers received Creation of Orders in TALLY / ERP. Track orders and ensure timely delivery Ensure GRN creation and submission of documents for payment Documentation includes; Obtaining order acknowledgement, Warranty certificates, BGs and maintain their records Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices Quarterly Re-conciliation of Vendor account statement. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed. Co-ordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage. ISO documentation requirement to be maintained. Maintain MIS of released orders, delivery status, payment status, warranty documents, Import documentation Vendor development for mech and electrical items across India Import materials procurement process, basic custom clearance knowledge MIS -data analysis, spent analysis Prior work experience in Solar EPC company will be added advantage.
