Handle client queries promptly and professionally. Conduct corporate presentations, prepare proposals, and maintain all sales-related documents. Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients via phone, email, and personal meetings. Generate maximum revenue through sales by effective use of company resources. Collaborate with internal managers to align and direct work activities toward organizational goals. Preferred candidate profile Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (both written and verbal). Proven ability to generate leads through calls, emails, referrals, social media, and professional networks. Capable of converting leads into sales with a persuasive pitch of project features and benefits. Excellent follow-up and coordination skills. Proficient in computer usage, internet, CRM, and MS Office. Self-motivated, with strong interpersonal and influencing skills. Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
