Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to oversee, develop, and expand the sales and marketing efforts for our herbal extract product line in both domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of B2B marketing, and a proven track record in the herbal, nutraceutical, or related industries. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales growth in both domestic and international markets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and key market segments. Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, agents, and direct clients globally. Manage and optimize digital marketing channels including website, email campaigns, SEO, and social media. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. Collaborate with the production and R&D teams to align marketing strategies with product development. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing ROI, and market expansion strategies. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations for product promotion and export. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in herbal extracts, nutraceuticals, or pharmaceuticals. Strong knowledge of international trade practices and export documentation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and data analysis. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
