We specialize in delivering high-quality glass sliding systems, shower cubicles, vanity mirrors, and customized glass installations for homes, offices, and commercial spaces. We are looking for a dynamic *Sales Associate* to join our growing team and drive business development with architects, interior designers, contractors, and end clients. *Key Responsibilities* * Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities with architects, interior designers, builders, and corporate clients. * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive client engagement. * Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and site visits to explain Ratnadeep Solutions’ offerings. * Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business. * Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and negotiation of deals. * Coordinate with the design, operations, and installation teams for seamless project execution. * Keep track of competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. * Maintain accurate sales reports, client databases, and pipeline updates in CRM/Excel. *Requirements* * Minimum *2 years of proven experience* in B2B or B2C sales (preferably in building materials, interior solutions, or related industries). * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to build professional relationships and close sales deals effectively. * Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. * Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus. * Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events. *Education* * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field preferred. *What We Offer* * Competitive salary + performance-based incentives. * Opportunity to work with a premium and fast-growing brand in the architectural solutions space. * Career growth and training opportunities. * Dynamic, collaborative, and innovation-driven work
