As a Senior Credit Analyst (SCA) based in Jaipur, you will play a crucial role in structuring working capital and term loan cases, validating CMA data, creating investor/lender pitch decks, and ensuring meticulously prepared bank-ready documentation for all client mandates within credit-related verticals. Your primary responsibilities will involve conducting comprehensive financial analysis, preparing CMAs, and performing ratio modeling. You will be expected to structure deals that meet both lender expectations and client requirements, engaging with a network of lenders for proposal discussions. Additionally, you will provide support to Relationship Managers and the Founder in intricate debt structuring projects, develop investment memoranda and funding notes, and ensure strict documentation compliance covering KYC, financials, and business proof. Key Performance Indicators for this role will include maintaining an average TAT of 4 working days for credit structuring, achieving a sanction conversion rate of 60% on credit-ready proposals, conducting a minimum of 10 lender/investor discussions per month, and ensuring 100% compliance in document checklist validation. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, requiring the ability to commute or relocate to Jaipur, Rajasthan. To excel in this role, you should ideally have a background in corporate accounting, corporate lending, SME, NBFCs, or banking, with at least 3 years of experience in each. Proficiency in English is preferred.
