Job description Position: Bench Sales Recruiter Experience: 2-5 years Location: Ayyappa Society, Madhapur, Hyderabad Contact : https://www.linkedin.com/in/saivardhanbolla/ Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, Green Card, and US citizens) to clients and vendor requirements. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing and Management: Identify and connect with potential consultants, often in the IT sector, but increasingly in other fields. Maintain and update databases of available consultants, ensuring their profiles are accurate and up-to-date. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, both directly and through staffing agencies, to understand their staffing needs and requirements. Identify potential clients who require staffing services and pitch available consultants to them. Sales and Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms, including rates, project duration, and other relevant details. Actively market the skills and experience of available consultants to potential clients. Interview Coordination and Follow-up: Coordinate interviews between consultants and clients. Provide support and guidance to consultants throughout the recruitment process. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with legal and company policies in recruitment processes. Manage documentation and maintain accurate records of candidate placements.
