Assist in budget planning and rate negotiations , ensuring alignment with project scope and client expectations. Partner directly with clients to understand evolving workforce needs and deliver best-fit candidates. Drive sourcing strategy for active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, Dice, and Boolean search techniques. Support company-wide diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals by implementing innovative recruitment practices. Represent the Quadrant brand at meetups, career fairs, and industry events. Your Responsibilities Quote sea, air & domestic freight (FCL / LCL / FTL / LTL). Manage pricing updates for existing customers (rates extension and/or revision, monthly market GRIs (General Rates/Increases), quarterly bunker updates (BAF/BUC), etc.) Assist in matters pertaining to carrier contract rates, input of rates into our internal rate system and ongoing maintenance of rates Decrease time between request for quotation (RFQ) entered and quote finished Your Skills and Experiences Previous experience in a similar role in the logistics industry is required. Experience in the Sea Logistics industry is required: 2-3 years. Analytical skills related to supply chain, logistics, and transportation. Possess solid PC operational knowledge along with MS Office applications experience. Strong verbal/written communication skills. Role & responsibilities To float enquiry to the vendors, collect quotations, negotiate and present for approval for construction material Check the BOQ for its correctness and completeness as per tender / GFC drawings and get the RFI's closed.Float enquiry to the list of approved vendor for material to be procured.Do internal rate analyis / zero cost analysis Collect quotations from all the vendors and follow up with them for missing details.Get design mix approval from design team.Negotaite with the vendors on the rates.Identify RMC vendors for the upcoming site locations.Make RMC rate analysis and negotiate with RMC vendor.
