Excellent Testing acumen, should be able to prepare test cases from business requirements Good understanding of Utility billing and metering concepts Good functional knowledge of different modules of CC&B (Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing) and MDM (Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management) like Customer Information System, Billing and Payments, Credit and Collections, V structure, Service Agreements, Field Services, Metering, Rate configuration, Validations etc. Should have CC&B and MDM testing experience of at least 4+ Years Good command over SQL Good communication skills and should be able to write/update documents on test cases, test scenarios, test scripts and test results.
