Role & responsibilities Lead daily operations across fabrication, tool room, site dispatch, and civil teams Ensure production planning, material flow, and manpower utilization align with project deadlines Drive efficiency, safety, and quality on the shop floor and project sites Manage preventive & breakdown maintenance schedules for all plant machinery Coordinate with PPC, Design, Purchase, Quality, and Site Project Managers Conduct daily production reviews and maintain MIS dashboards and KPIs Ensure SOP implementation , workplace discipline, and safety protocols Review drawings, BOQs, and fabrication standards before job execution Maintain cost control through waste monitoring, rework reduction , and energy/resource optimization Preferred candidate profile Must have 10+ years of hands-on experience in PEB shed manufacturing , heavy fabrication , or industrial construction projects Prior experience managing factory operations , machine shops (CNC, VMC, Press Brake), and civil site coordination is essential Strong background in manpower handling , shift planning , and daily production supervision Proven ability to coordinate between departments Production, Maintenance, PPC, Quality, and Project Execution Should be well-versed in reading GA drawings, BOQs , and project timelines Familiar with preventive maintenance planning , cost control , and resource optimization Strong communication and leadership skills to handle shop floor teams and inter-department coordination Experience in working under tight deadlines and high-volume orders Exposure to safety protocols , quality systems , and lean manufacturing will be preferred Should be disciplined, result-oriented , and capable of running operations independently

Role & responsibilities Create and optimize G-code / NC programs for CNC/VMC machines based on drawings Use CAM software (like MasterCAM, Fusion 360, or similar) to generate toolpaths Program laser cutting machines (e.g., Amada, Bystronic, etc.) using nesting software Validate programs through dry runs or simulations Collaborate with design and production team to ensure compatibility with shop floor tools Optimize cycle time, material usage, and tool life Maintain records of programs and revisions Preferred candidate profile 510 years of hands-on experience in CNC, VMC, and Laser machine programming for precision components, tools, and molds Strong expertise in G-code/M-code programming , CAM software like Mastercam , Fusion 360 , or equivalent Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings , GD&T, and machining tolerances Prior experience in tool rooms , mold shops , or component manufacturing industries Skilled in nesting software for laser cutting (e.g., SigmaNEST, Lantek) and optimizing material usage Capable of conducting dry runs , job setups, tool calibration, and troubleshooting programming errors Familiarity with press tools , jigs & fixtures , and machining for mold components is highly desirable Strong coordination skills with designers , machine operators , and tool room supervisors Disciplined, process-oriented, and capable of managing programs for batch and custom production

Role & responsibilities Design and develop molds, press tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures for VMC, CNC, and other tool room machines Create detailed 2D & 3D component designs using AutoCAD / SolidWorks Collaborate with the Tool Room and Production team to validate design feasibility Optimize tool and die designs for production efficiency and long-term performance Provide support in troubleshooting and modification of tools during trials or breakdowns Maintain a structured library of design files and technical documentation Coordinate with external architects or structural consultants for fabrication-related drawing reviews Preferred candidate profile 48 years of hands-on experience in designing tools, dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures Strong expertise in AutoCAD , SolidWorks , or equivalent CAD software; basic TEKLA knowledge is a plus Should have worked in tool rooms , mold manufacturing setups , or industrial product design firms Ability to read and interpret fabrication and assembly drawings , even if not creating them from scratch Must understand GD&T, tolerances, fits, machining clearances , and material behavior Experience in supporting CNC/VMC-based machining through precise component design Exposure to mold design for press tools , multi-cavity molds , or sheet metal dies is highly desirable Should be comfortable coordinating with production, tool room, and external consultants Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple design projects in parallel Experience in PEB accessory design or fabrication detailing is a bonus, but not mandatory
