Manage and resolve shift maintenance issues promptly. Record all work activities and relevant details for communication with the HOD. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, including pumps and other systems. Operate and maintain utilities such as chilling plants and cooling towers. Handle maintenance and operation of AHUs (Air Handling Units) and dehumidifiers. Report regularly to the HOD.
