The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with computer vision, deep learning, and machine learning techniques. You will work on improving visual accuracy and realism by leveraging models such as Stable Diffusion and other generative AI technologies. Requirements Key Responsibilities Evaluate and select appropriate models for specific tasks through R&D. Fine-tune deep neural networks on custom datasets. Benchmark and analyze model performance. Integrate trained models into production environments. Optimize inference using methods such as quantization. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or related fields. Proficiency in Python (C++ knowledge is a plus). Understanding of core deep learning concepts: regression, classification, gradient descent, backpropagation, regularization, CNNs, transformers, GANs, diffusion models, etc. Exposure to computer vision techniques: image generation pipelines, object detection (YOLO, Faster R-CNN), epipolar geometry, photogrammetry, etc. Familiarity with computer graphics concepts: rasterization, global illumination, spatial data structures, etc. Technical Skills CNNs, Diffusion Models, 3D Vision, Object Detection, Image Processing, PyTorch, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, Generative AI Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Help establish standards for development teams and collaborate on initiatives with infrastructure, platform, and other software engineering teams Participate in designing and building systems and features that are aligned with Procore’s technical vision of a service-oriented architecture Drive innovation and change to accommodate enterprise and international customers for Procore across the organization Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and UX to design and build solutions that delight users and solve critical business problems Mentor fellow engineers in best practices, reviewing their designs and code and helping them deliver high quality software What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in software development, with a coding language like C++. Geometric Modeling: Parametric curves and surfaces (splines/NURBS). Data Handling: Engineering/CAD, laser scans/photogrammetry, GIS Having familiarity with file Formats: IFC, RVT, DGN, GLTF, and others Software/Libraries: Experience with tools such as MeshLab, Open Cascade, Assimp, Open Design (ODA), and GDAL. Additional Skills 3D Rendering Real-time Rasterization (PBR, IBL) Spatial Acceleration Structures (BVH, K-d tree, octree, etc.) 3D Graphics Techniques: Triangle meshes, BREP, point clouds, Level of Detail (LOD), mesh decimation, BREP simplification, triangle mesh cleanup, and optimization.
