Job Description: Proficient in Kannada Language. Implementation of application and support. Responsible for providing support to users on issues related to Applications. Promptly answer E-mail / phone calls related to Application support & other communications. Excellent interpersonal communication, organizational and presentation skills. Perform problems or issues identification. Provide training to various stakeholders on Application and its operations. Build and maintain a knowledge base for known issues. Quickly resolve known issues with defined resolution plan. Follow up on issues with users, testing team and development teams. Perform testing and provide resolution or workaround solution to users. Ensure timely completion and closure of all issues. Documentation of all procedures, specifications and process etc. Qualification: Min 1 to 2 years of experience in application operations. Should be ready to work in shifts and travel.
