We are seeking a diligent and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in our factory. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience working in a factory environment, with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a production team efficiently to meet quality and timelines. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate activities of production workers to ensure production targets and quality standards are met. Monitor production schedules, workflow, and resource allocation for maximum efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Identify process improvements and implement corrective actions to optimize production output. Train, mentor, and motivate production staff to maintain high performance. Collaborate with quality control and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and defects. Maintain production records, prepare reports, and communicate progress to management. Qualifications & Skills: 2-5 years of experience in a factory or manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory role. Strong understanding of production processes, machinery, and safety procedures. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines. Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation. Relevant certifications or technical education in manufacturing or engineering are a plus.
