We are looking for a confident, responsible Front Office Manager to be the face of our salon. You will be responsible for client greetings, appointment scheduling, handling inquiries, managing daily reports, coordinating with staff, and ensuring smooth front desk operations. Key Responsibilities: Greet clients with warmth and professionalism Manage salon phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and online booking inquiries Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently Coordinate daily services with stylists and service staff Follow up on client feedback and manage rebooking Maintain client records, billing, and payment processing Track sales, stock, and service reports Support in handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly Ensure front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming Maintain proper documentation and reports for management review Required Skills: Excellent communication in Tamil and basic English Basic computer/Excel/WhatsApp handling knowledge Polite, confident, and good interpersonal skills Time management and multitasking ability Prior experience in a salon or customer service role (preferred) Eligibility: Age: 20 to 28 years Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or above Experience: 1+ years in front office/customer handling (preferred but not mandatory) Benefits: Incentives based on performance (telecalling, bookings, upselling) Monthly rewards for high performance On-the-job training Friendly and professional work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Benefits: Internet reimbursement Paid time off Location: Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9789753804 Application Deadline: 05/08/2025
