Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales for our solar solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for renewable energy, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead generation in field, outbound Calls. Identify and approach potential clients for solar solutions. Conduct site visits, assess customer requirements, and propose suitable solar solutions. Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory. Provide accurate information about solar products, benefits, and financing options. Work closely with the technical and project teams to ensure seamless execution of projects. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
