Who We Are: QuitSure, a digital therapeutic, is the no.1 quit smoking app in the world, with over 3 million downloads. Its program has the highest quit rate (71%) for smoking based on the clinical trials. We are founded by alumni of IIT, IIM, and Stanford University. How to Apply: Please fill out and submit this form to officially apply for this role: https://forms.gle/2YrdhHMTid4UFVeGA The Role Your role will be to work with our CTO, product team, app developers, and QA testers to: Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth, quick to load, and responsive webpages that look beautiful across all screen sizes and browsers. Write clean, secure, PHP code within the Laravel framework, using MVC architecture. Diagnose and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and scaling issues. Reach out to the open source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes. Ensure quality, modularity, and cleanliness of code. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a skilled PHP full stack developer to continuously improve our quit smoking mobile application and implement new features. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing fast, efficient systems, clean modular code and high-quality user-experiences. You will have had at least 2 years of frontend web development and 2 years of PHP laravel development experience and have: Expertise in responsive web development and the entire frontend stack of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc. At least 2 years of PHP Laravel experience on LAMP stack. Proficiency with AI assisted development using Claude code or Gemini (Must have). The ability to write well-documented, clean, modular code. Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts. Familiarity with MySql database handling and management. Experience with GitHub and version control.
