RECEPTIONIST Job Title: Receptionist – Front Desk & Admin Support Location: Hisar (In-office) Experience: 0.5–2 years in office admin, front desk, or client coordination Salary: ₹10,000–₹14,000 per month Reporting To: Admin/HR Manager Role Overview: We are hiring a Receptionist to manage the front desk, welcome visitors, coordinate basic office administration, and support daily communication. This is an important client-facing and internal coordination role. Key Responsibilities: Greet walk-in clients and visitors with professionalism Handle incoming phone calls and WhatsApp business messages Maintain front office cleanliness, hospitality, and supplies Maintain a log of client appointments and office meetings Assist in printing, filing, courier dispatches, and document sets Coordinate basic admin tasks with team members (water, stationery, etc.) Maintain visitor records, courier entries, and front-desk registers Skills & Requirements: Minimum qualification: Commerce Graduate Good communication in Hindi (basic English preferred) Friendly, responsible, and presentable Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and printing tools Polite, organized, and punctual Preferred Background: Experience in front office, customer care, or office administration Exposure to CA firms, consultancy offices, or service-sector setups preferred Why Join Rapid Consulting?
