Our client, a renowned multi-industry company based in the US, is seeking a PLM IT Specialist to join their team in Bangalore. The company aims to be a premier multi-industry company known for its powerful brands, world-class processes, and talented people. As a PLM IT Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions for the Engineering team using the Siemens Teamcenter platform. You will collaborate with business users to transform requirements into system-based solutions and drive end-user adoption of PLM and Enterprise Engineering/Manufacturing platforms. Additionally, you will provide domain expertise on complex PLM projects, troubleshoot engineering applications, and maintain server architecture. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in PLM as a Consultant and Developer with a focus on Siemens PLM tools. Technical competencies include proficiency in Teamcenter application modules, configuration, BMIDE, ITK, AWC development, and knowledge of coding languages such as C++, Java, or C#. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of industry standards are essential for this role. A Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT/Computer Science or related field is required. Effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving skills, cross-cultural work experiences, and the ability to work in a matrix organization are additional competencies desired for this position.
