You will need to design or upload the indoor design plan within the RF Planning tool and provide the draft HLD and site survey report. Collaboration with site acquisition, civil, and installation teams is essential for successful project implementation. You will be responsible for validating and updating indoor models with walk-test and drive-test data using tools like TEMS, NEMO. Additionally, you will need to recommend antenna placements, cable routing, and power budget estimations. A solid understanding of LTE, 5G NR, and multi-band RF propagation in indoor environments is required. Experience with DAS architecture, small cell, and indoor Pico cell deployments is a plus. Prior experience working with operators or vendors like Ericsson or CommScope will be beneficial. Knowledge of enterprise Wi-Fi integration with cellular indoor coverage is also desirable. This is a full-time position with the flexibility of working day shifts or rotational shifts.
