What The Role Offers As a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer you will utilize superior knowledge and experience to perform highly complex product installation, setup, testing , systems analysis, research, maintenance, troubleshooting and other testing and QA activities. You will also play a key role in the development of work teams by providing others with direction and leadership. You will also be involved in cross-team planning activities such as providing status updates and coordinating activities. What You Need To Succeed Development and execution of test plans and scripts Collaboration with Development teams, managers, leads and Product management Documenting test results and test reports Understanding of web servers/clusters and configuring and deploying web applications Sound Automation testing experience Ability to lead a small team of skilled testers, if required An understanding of configuring Databases, web servers Creating and deploying VMWare/VMlogix/Vcloud virtual machines Working on Documentation requirements/reviews Junits, shell/python scripting, selenium, Ranorex Setting up infrastructure configurations (Web servers, app servers, DB servers, clusters) Collecting data for generating useful metrics and Utilizing metrics for improving plans, execution and tracking Risks management and collaborating with required stakeholders at leadership level on planning, risk mitigation/escalation Test case/plans management tools Lead and mentor other team members. As a Test Automation Engineer at Natus Sensory, you will play a critical role in delivering a high-quality, modern web application that serves as Software as a Medical Device (SaMD). This highly advanced SaaS product is designed for hospitals and clinics globally, offering essential screening, diagnostic, and treatment solutions. In this role, you will ensure comprehensive test automation coverage across web applications, APIs, and backend services, driving the delivery of robust, reliable software that meets the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites, ensuring the highest quality of every product release. In this role, you will: Have a full overview of the systems that are being tested and their expected behaviors Work with developers to ensure that test automation is successfully implemented and executed. Develop and maintain code that comprises the automated test. Understand how to test performance (non-functional requirements). Proven track record with successful execution of complex testing scenarios - preferably going across software, firmware and hardware - and across different platforms Strong C# programming skills using Ranorex for Test Automation in a company after graduation is a must. Bachelors degree; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
