Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Ranchi for a Video Editor . You'll be the creative force behind transforming raw classroom lectures into high-quality, engaging video content – including reels, shorts, and educational edits. Key Responsibilities: Edit classroom lecture videos into bite-sized reels and shorts for social media. Add background music, AI-generated transitions, and effects to enhance viewer engagement. Handle end-to-end video production: footage organization, editing, graphics, and final delivery. Work closely with content creators, educators, and the creative team to understand and meet brand and pedagogical goals. Apply basic color correction and grading techniques to maintain a polished, professional look. Manage the full video workflow and maintain an organized digital archive. Take ownership of the entire video section , from planning to publishing. Assist with basic social media handling related to video uploads and content strategy. Qualifications Proven experience in video editing , especially for reels, shorts, and educational content. Proficiency in software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. Strong understanding of motion graphics , transitions, and color grading. Creativity and a keen eye for detail in storytelling and visual aesthetics. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Good understanding of social media platforms and trends (especially YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels). Prior experience in e-learning or edtech content is a strong advantage.
