HR Executive to help us build and nurture a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and manage candidate pipelines. Employee Onboarding & Engagement: Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and ensure smooth assimilation into company culture. Organize engagement activities, team events, and wellness programs to boost morale and retention. HR Operations: Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date. Assist in payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management. Handle day-to-day employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, etc. Performance Management: Support the performance review process, feedback collection, and improvement plans. Coordinate with managers to track KPIs and maintain performance logs. Policy Implementation & Compliance: Ensure company policies are understood and followed by all employees. Stay updated with labor laws and ensure legal compliance in HR practices.
