Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join our HR team, focusing primarily on recruitment while supporting key HR operations such as payroll, compliance, attendance, documentation, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and create job descriptions and specifications. Use job portals, social media, referrals, and networking to attract quality candidates and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Maintain recruitment MIS, daily trackers, and interview feedback records. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners for timely and quality hiring. HR Operations & Payroll Support Update and maintain accurate payroll records in HRMS reflecting real-time employee changes (new joiners, exits, transfers). Coordinate monthly payroll processing, salary changes, and reconciliations with the Accounts team. Assist in resolving employee payroll queries in coordination with Accounts. Track and update employee attendance and End of Day (EOD) reports. Performance Management & Documentation Assist in setting, updating, and monitoring KRAs in collaboration with managers to align employee goals with organizational objectives. Support coordination and tracking of performance appraisals to ensure timely completion and documentation. Support the HR Manager in document generation, onboarding formalities, and HRMS data entry. Employee Engagement & Communication Assist in organizing employee engagement activities by coordinating with Admin and HR teams. Manage related communications to ensure employee participation and awareness. Qualifications & Skills Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and core HR operations. Familiarity with HR software, payroll processes, and documentation protocols. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently. Exposure to CA firm or professional services environment is an added advantage. Conduct and supervision of: Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Internal Audits, GST Audits Project-based audits and cost allocation analysis (especially for real estate and manufacturing clients) Review of Books of Accounts, Inventory Valuation, and Costing Models. Filing and review of Income Tax Returns, GST Returns, TDS Returns, and Tax Computations. Sector-specific responsibilities: Real Estate: Revenue recognition as per IND AS 115, PoCM/Project Completion Method, RERA compliance, reconciliation of project-wise costs and receipts. Jewellery Sector: Stock verification, valuation of gold/jewels, turnover reconciliation, analysis of wastage, and hallmarking compliance. Manufacturing: BOM review, process costing, job work tracking, excise legacy compliance (if any), and ITC reconciliation. Preparation of MIS reports, cash flow statements, and client-specific analysis. Liaising with clients, banks, tax departments, and statutory authorities. Ensuring compliance with Income Tax Act, GST, Companies Act, and relevant sectoral laws. Supervising junior staff, reviewing their work, and training them as needed.
