Roles & Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities to ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications. Prepare and review BOQ, estimates, and project schedules. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards on-site. Manage daily progress reports and maintain proper documentation. Conduct inspections for materials, structures, and workmanship to ensure compliance. Assist in preparing project budgets and cost control measures. Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support to the site team. Preferred Candidate Profile: Diploma/Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute. 5 7years of experience in construction, site supervision, or project execution. Good knowledge of AutoCAD , MS Office, and project management tools. Strong understanding of structural drawings and specifications . Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Also Knowledge of Excel to maintaining Reports.
