Have attended the place twice for a party and for a stand up comedy event. Its an old property being used for hosting events and plays. It even has a 3 star hotel which offers room for stay. There is ample parking space for cars and 2 wheelers. Decent place with close proximity to Bandra Station near Lilavati Hospital.
