As the Lead, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and overseeing the planning, design, and optimization of RAN software solutions across multiple projects. You will ensure standardization of site deployment and work closely with cross-functional teams to meet network performance and compliance requirements.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the roadmap aligns with network rollout plans, customer requirements, and business objectives. Evaluate the impact of features on network performance and propose adjustments as necessary to meet optimization goals. Plan and oversee trials for new RAN features, ensuring comprehensive testing to validate performance improvements. Work with teams to tweak feature designs where necessary, ensuring the final solution meets the required performance and reliability standards. Collaborate with deployment and engineering teams during network rollout to ensure the smooth integration of new RAN features and software into production networks. Support Network FOA processes, ensuring proper documentation and knowledge transfer to operational teams. Continuously monitor the performance of deployed RAN features and software, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with teams to update design workbooks and documentation as new features are added, updated, or enhanced. Provide ongoing support for feature tuning in response to network conditions, user feedback, and technological changes. Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven leadership experience in RAN software feature planning, with a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and RAN network optimization. Strong expertise in RAN network features, software design, and performance improvement, with the ability to prioritize and strategize based on customer requirements and network performance goals. Experience in trial planning, network rollout, and post-rollout performance management, with a proven track record of driving performance improvements. Capability to manage cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and successful delivery of RAN features from design to implementation. Experience in feature design reviews, performance tuning, and iterative improvement of software solutions. Ability to manage stakeholder relationships, including product management, engineering teams, vendors, and network deployment teams. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions to complex technical challenges. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences. Good hands on working at least 4+ years experience on RF optimization (OSS based KPI) NPO skill set for 4G/5G opt and L3 analysis, ability to troubleshoot the kpis of 5G Clear understanding of LTE Fundamental-NR, Concepts and procedures i.e. Call flow etc. "Having 03 years of hands on experience on OSS Based LTE-NR Multi layer (FDD+TDD) RF Optimization (Not just Audit & Monitoring but KPI degradation RCA, Recommendation, Parameter Change implementation, KPI improvement)" Should have knowledge of LTE, Multi-Layer idle and Dedicated mode parameters and understand behaviour of parameter tuning Good understanding of Nokia BTS h/wSystem Modules and RF modules and associated gains and losses of the system, experience on Air-scale products Good Knowledge of LTE Call flow, Configuration data in NetAct and Nokia Tools (NetAct, Radar, MUSA etc.) Mandatory Experience on Nokia LTE KPI and Counters, Parameter and Feature Tuning in both FDD and TDD Networks Ability to Independently make and Implement site specific technical issues and ensure acceptance from customer Able to identify issues (technical and Process) that are not solved at his level, along with clear reasoning and technical details and take up with next level of NPO Specialist in shortest time, to ensure minimal impact on project delivery Identify and resolve Performance degradation in the network within prescribed timelines.
