We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Condition Monitoring Engineer with 5-10 years of relevant experience to join our team in Bengaluru . In this critical role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the reliability and performance of our machinery within a complex oil and gas operating environment. You will drive best practices in equipment monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance strategy optimization. Key Responsibilities: Implement and optimize machinery performance and condition monitoring programs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of equipment, work processes, and data. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Technical, Maintenance, and Projects, to drive asset reliability improvements. Facilitate knowledge sharing by documenting and incorporating lessons learned into applicable systems. Provide expert troubleshooting support for equipment to enhance overall reliability. Lead and execute workflows across various aspects of equipment and condition monitoring, including: Condition Monitoring and Reporting for critical equipment. Analysis and decision-making based on Condition Monitoring results. Reliability Performance Monitoring and Reporting. Maintenance Strategy Optimization. Identification of opportunities and conducting studies for asset performance improvement (IMPACT Phase 1). Management of Threats and Deficiency Processes. Support Business Unit Deviation Management. Required Qualifications: Minimum 5-10 years of hands-on experience in machinery engineering and condition monitoring support, specifically within the oil and gas sector. Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering , Reliability Engineering, or a closely related field from an accredited university. Postgraduate qualifications in Reliability Engineering, Condition Monitoring, RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance), or RAM (Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability Analysis) and Maintenance Strategy Development are highly preferred. Mandatory Skills: Proficiency in Condition Monitoring Techniques: Expertise in vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, and ultrasonic testing. Advanced Machinery Troubleshooting: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex machinery issues in an industrial environment. Reliability Engineering Principles: Strong understanding and application of concepts such as RCM, FMEA, RAM analysis, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Data Analysis & Reporting: Skilled in interpreting complex condition monitoring data, generating insightful reports, and tracking KPIs effectively. Maintenance Strategy Optimization: Ability to develop, implement, and optimize proactive maintenance strategies. Cross-functional Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams (Operations, Technical, Maintenance). Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of rotating and reciprocating machinery performance in a complex oil and gas operating environment. Software Proficiency: Experience with relevant Condition Monitoring software platforms and diagnostic tools.

Production of the System Safety Plan and System Safety Case, Safety Reports and other safety documents like Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Preliminary Hazard Analysis (PHA), System / Sub-System Hazard Analysis (SHA / SSHA), Interface Hazard Analysis (IHA), Operational & Support Hazard Analysis (OSHA), Conduction of RAM Analyses. RAM Plan, RAM Analysis and Prediction, De-rating/stress Analysis, Reliability Block Diagram (RBD), Failure Modes Effects & Criticality Analysis (FMEA / FMECA), Quantitative Risk Assessment, RAM Demonstration, FRACAS analysis, Spare calculation. Implementation of quality, configuration, and documentation management directives applicable. Work with Independent Safety Assessor (ISA) concerning safety aspects. Support project manager and approval manager to define approval strategies for the project Review and validate Verification and Validation process and T&C activities from a Safety perspective. Participation in Safety Reviews led by Quality team. Conduction of HAZID/HAZOP Workshops, Technical Safety Report, Safety Related Application Condition documents. Review for alignment to RAMS requirements, e.g. review of system architecture, SRS, other project documents We dont need superheroes, just super minds You have degree (Master/Bachelors) in technical engineering, preferably in electrical/electronics engineering with 8 to 14 years of relevant experience Technical knowledge on main subsystems of a railway turnkey project. Experience in reading and understanding technical requirements. Knowledge on standards associated with CEN EN50128, 50129, 50126 Practitioner of ALARP principle. Knowledge on MIL-HDBK-217 FN2/TELCORDIA/SN29500 or similar standards Knowledge on MIL-STD-1629A, RDSO, UNISIG, ERA_ERTMS standards Experience with Reliability Analysis tools like ZUSIM, Isograph Reliability Workbench, ReliaSoft, Item Toolkit, Relex or similar tools. Familiar with Configuration tools like DOORS ClearQuest, Livelink, Citrix Application, SAP. Willing to work as team member in international projects.

'- Develop system assurance planning documents as per the requirements / standards which includes V&V Plan, QA Plan, Reports, System Safety Plans, RAMS Plan etc. - Check the adequacy (completeness, consistency, correctness, relevance and traceability) of the documented evidences from review, integration and testing with specified verification and validation objectives. - Identify anomalies, evaluate risk (impact) terms, record and communicate these to relevant change management body for evaluation and decision. - Liasoning with all stakeholders including assessors for product validation / assessment as per standard requirements. - Review of product against requirements. - Develop all supporting documents as necessary and follow the defined Configuration Management - Implement the requirements of EN50126, EN50128, EN50129, IEC 61508, DO-178, ISO 26262, MIL standards Note: Experience in Railways power system and Telecommunication system is a requirement. Expectations: - Good knowledge on EN50126, EN 50128, EN 50129, IEC 61508, DO-178, ISO 26262 - Preferably Railway work experience especially in signalling domain. - Detailed knowledge and work experience in developing, reviewing / verifying - FMEA, FMECA, RAM analysis, FTA, ETA, HARA, Hazop, MTBF, MTTR.
