JOB BRIEF The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. You should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones, especially in B2B. Ideal candidates will have evidence of strong sales skills and possess good negotiation skills. Added advantage of previous experience in Textile & Apparel Industry and channel sales, MBO’s, Distributors Network. JOB RESPONSIBILITY • Build relationships with prospective clients for our apparel brands for expanding sales pan India • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients • Own and Manage sales pipeline • Create & implement sales strategy for B2B , Domestic and Export of our apparels & Services • Analyze market and establish competitive advantages • Track metrics to ensure Revenue targets are achieved • Making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with company targets Conduct 20 daily in-person meetings with potential business clients JOB REQUIREMENT • Bachelor's degree with 2-3+ years experience in sales of apparels • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success • Strong negotiation skills • Strong communication and presentation skills • Must be a good listener, as needed to understand the requirements of the client • CRM experience is preferred • High travel is required to execute your roles and responsibilities • Male Candidates Preferred
