Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced North Indian & Tandoor Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of traditional North Indian recipes, spices, and tandoori cooking techniques. The chef will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of curries, breads, starters, and grilled items using tandoor and other equipment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook North Indian dishes including gravies, dry sabzis, dals, biryanis, and other regional specialties. Expertly operate tandoor oven to make tandoori roti, naan, kulchas, kebabs, tikkas, and grilled items. Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation across all dishes. Plan and execute mise en place for efficient service. Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the kitchen. Monitor food inventory and coordinate with kitchen staff for procurement. Innovate and suggest new dishes or seasonal specials. Work closely with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Requirements: Proven work experience as a North Indian / Tandoor Chef in a hotel, restaurant, or cloud kitchen. Deep knowledge of spices, traditional recipes, and tandoori techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders. Familiarity with food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Team player with good communication and time management skills. Flexibility in work hours, including weekends and holidays.
