Job Summary: The Admin Executive will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing day-to-day office tasks, and assisting with basic computer-related work such as document preparation, data management, generating bills and email drafting. Along with that, they will be monitoring stocks as well as taking orders and ensuring a proper delivery. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in MS Word, Excel, email correspondence, possess basic computer knowledge, manage stocks and customer care skills. A Bachelor’s degree in any field is required. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, format, and edit documents using Microsoft Word. Maintain and update data spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel. Draft and send professional emails and correspondence. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and scanning. Check bill against inward material and quality of the product. Ensuring proper loading of delivery vehicles and monitoring proper sales. Generating Bills for the deliveries. Maintain stock records and filing systems. Handle incoming and outgoing mail. Support office staff in managing office supplies and inventories. Assist in preparing reports and presentations when required. Provide general administrative support to the team and management. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in any field. Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, etc.). Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Familiarity with office equipment like printers, scanners, and photocopiers. Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or sales role is preferred but not mandatory.
