As a Videographer & Editor at Rajamudi Organics, you will play a crucial role in capturing and crafting compelling video content that reflects the brand's story and values while driving engagement across various digital platforms. - **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, shoot, and edit videos for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Website, and Ads. - Capture high-quality product, recipe, behind-the-scenes, and lifestyle brand videos. - Ensure proper lighting, framing, and sound quality for all videos. - Operate cameras, drones, gimbals, and other videography equipment effectively. - **Editing & Post-Production:** - Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos. - Add motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, and music to enhance video quality. - Optimize videos for different formats such as vertical, square, and horizontal. - Maintain brand consistency in grading, fonts, and style throughout the editing process. - **Creative Direction:** - Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop concepts and storyboards. - Suggest innovative creative approaches and stay updated on video trends. - Tailor content to suit audience behavior on social media platforms. - **File & Asset Management:** - Organize and archive video files systematically for easy retrieval. - Maintain backups of media assets to ensure data security. **Qualifications Required:** - 02 years of experience in videography and editing. - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve. - Knowledge of color correction, sound design, and motion graphics. - Skilled with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio equipment. - Strong storytelling ability and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
