Office Time: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Location: Yogi Chowk, Surat Experience Required: 1 to 3 years Key Responsibilities: Make outbound and attend inbound calls to promote and sell coaching services. Understand student/parent needs and recommend appropriate courses. Maintain regular follow-ups with potential leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email. Update CRM with daily call logs, inquiries, and conversion details. Work closely with the marketing and counseling teams for better outreach and results. Meet or exceed monthly admission targets. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and provide post-admission support when needed. Required Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati (basic English preferred). Proven ability to sell educational or coaching services. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Web). Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
