Key Responsibilities: Edit and produce engaging video content for real estate marketing campaigns (e.g., project walkthroughs, site updates, testimonials, launch promos, etc.) Work with the marketing and sales teams to understand project highlights and convert them into compelling visual stories. Ensure brand consistency and high-quality output across all platforms (Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, etc.) Add motion graphics, voiceovers, background music, and other relevant elements to enhance video quality. Handle post-production tasks such as color correction, sound editing, and video optimization. Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, real estate marketing, and social media formats. Requirements: Proven work experience as a Video Editor, specifically in the real estate industry . Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar. Experience in editing both vertical and horizontal video formats. Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A strong portfolio showcasing previous real estate or architecture-related video content is mandatory.
