We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth of our B2B sales in customized visual decor and branding solutions. This includes high-quality bespoke wallpapers, wall graphics, wall art, frosted glass films, and indoor/outdoor signage tailored for commercial spaces such as offices, retail stores, restaurants, and corporate environments. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth across various sectors. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed business targets Identify and acquire new B2B customers in industries such as retail, hospitality, real estate, corporate offices, healthcare, and education Conduct product presentations and client meetings to understand space branding requirements and recommend tailored solutions Build strong, long-term client relationships through excellent service and follow-up Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively Stay updated with design trends, materials, technologies, and competitor activity in the signage and wall décor space Nice to Have Background in architecture, design, or interior fit-outs Existing network within commercial real estate, interior design, or construction industries Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in signage, printing, architectural finishes, or interior branding Strong understanding of visual branding and space enhancement solutions Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized Preferred: Existing network within the interiors, architecture, or fit-out industry Experience in managing medium to large-scale branding or décor projects Background in design, marketing, or project management is a plus
