We're Hiring: Support Representative - Onboarding Location : Remote (India) Position: Contract Experience: Minimum 2-5 years Shift hours: 5.30pm to 2.30am IST or 7.30pm to 4.30pm IST (Preferable EST or MST) Job Profile: Contractor Success Representative with Raise is responsible for managing the onboarding, coordination, and support of contractors working with our organization at our client sites. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a commitment to providing exceptional support to both contractors and internal stakeholders (over the phone and in email or chat) while also being able to keep excellent notes and data integrity in our systems of record. Responsibilities this role will learn and tackle: Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new contractors, including collecting necessary documentation, facilitating training sessions, conducting background checks and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Support and Triage: Serve as the primary point of contact for the main Contractor Success call in line as well as Omni-Chat (potentially) to determine long term sustainability of these communication options Contractor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors, providing guidance and support throughout their engagement with the organization, addressing any questions or concerns they may have, and facilitating communication between contractors and internal teams. Contractor Engagement: Foster a positive and collaborative relationship with contractors, promoting a culture of inclusivity and professionalism, and organizing periodic events or activities to engage and recognize contractors (where applicable). Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of contractor information, including contracts, timesheets, and performance evaluations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations inside our system of record(ATS). Issue Resolution: Address any issues or conflicts that arise during the course of a contractor's engagement, working with relevant stakeholders to find timely and effective solutions. (key members include Account Managers, Payroll, Compliance and other team members where appropriate) Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the contractor support process, developing and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
