Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Therapist, located in Gurugram. The Speech Therapist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in children. The role involves creating individualized treatment plans, providing therapy sessions, monitoring progress, and collaborating with other professionals to support the child's development. Additionally, the therapist will communicate with parents and caregivers to ensure a comprehensive approach to the child's improvement. Qualifications Experience in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans Skills in providing therapy sessions and monitoring progress Excellent communication and collaboration skills with parents, caregivers, and other professionals Relevant degree or certification in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Experience in working with children, especially those with autism, is a plus Strong interpersonal skills and empathy towards children and their families
