JOB DESCRIPTION Job Role: Projects Sales (Builder, Architect, Corporate, Industry or Government segment) Designation/Title: Executive/Area Manager/Territory Manager Department: Projects Entity: Indoasian/Legrand Location Bangalore//Hyderabad/Vishakahpatnam Primary Focus of the role The primary focus of this role is to achieve the expected sales and revenue targets for the assigned territory through desired contribution of new and existing products across all segments. Roles and Responsibilities Ensure targeted contribution of new products to the overall sales as per desired contribution. Liasoning with govt. agencies like PWD, CPWD, Railways, Metro, PSU, Airport etc to generate business. -Implement and effectively execute strategic business objectives of the organization. -Establish new products in the region and consolidate market share of existing products by creating local sales strategies aligned to the organizational strategy. -Continuously work towards identifying new markets, expanding geographies and segments through focussed and continuous business development initiatives. -Ensure trade discounting percentages are maintained at the optimum level facilitating profitability for the organization. -Ensure customer SLAs are met enabling an enhanced customer experience leading to customer delight and customer stickiness. -Achieve the daily sales outstanding (DSO) at the desired and expected levels. -Identify and report relevant market development, competition analysis, pricing and scheme strategies, etc. -Ensure strict compliance towards customer documentation in line with the organizational policies. -Build effective relations with major customers, stockists, agents, specifiers, panel builders, etc. -Ensure seamless co-ordination between the sales, specification and retail teams.. -Effectively deliver within the approved budgets and resources. -Design and organize local promotional strategies through participation in exhibitions/fairs/stockist meetings/electrician meets/architects and interior designer meets, etc. -Targeting corporate and industries in the region for upcoming project. Qualification, Experience and Role Specific Knowledge/ Skill -Should have an experience in project sales and product sales of min. 2 to 8 years -Previous experience within the manufacturing industry and working in a multinational environment -Highly proficient in using MS-Office applications like excel, word and power-point and enterprise application software -Excellent communication and presentation skills and should be BE/B.Tech. Required Skills: -In depth understanding of both project and retail sales -Should have exposure in solutions and product sales -Competent in managing stockist -Is able to setup strong monitoring and review mechanisms -Strong analytical and business acumen
