As a leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron Technology is seeking a SSD Systems Architect to be a part of the architecture and product planning team. You will play a key role in defining innovative product concepts and SSD architectures to meet the storage needs of our customers. Your responsibilities will include identifying and defining product concepts, maintaining technical relationships with customers and partner system architects, collaborating with engineering teams for successful implementation of new product concepts, and developing new product architecture specifications. Additionally, you will be involved in generating intellectual property, representing Micron at industry events, staying updated on technical trends, and providing system architectural requirements to go-to-market teams. To excel in this role, candidates should have a minimum of eight years of relevant engineering experience, including systems experience in SSD or HDD architecture, knowledge of storage protocols and NAND flash, and technical skills in storage systems and firmware-based storage devices. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and willingness to collaborate with diverse teams are essential. A BSEE or equivalent is required for this position.
