Position Available: Service Manager Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of customer service within the dealership, ensuring high standards of satisfaction and retention. Prepare and submit timely reports on service activities, performance, and customer satisfaction. Efficiently handle all types of warranty and out-of-warranty claims, ensuring compliance with Ashok Leyland's guidelines and procedures. Lead and manage both office and field service teams, ensuring smooth coordination and optimal performance. Responsible for reporting to the dealership owner, providing updates on service operations, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
