Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing field marketing strategies to promote our offerings, identifying and engaging potential clients through direct marketing efforts and events, collaborating with the sales team to generate leads and drive conversions, monitoring market trends and competitor activities for informed decision-making, and representing the company at industry events, exhibitions, and promotional activities. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresher or proven experience in field marketing, preferably within the hospitality or real estate sectors, is desired. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to travel extensively across the assigned regions. A self-motivated and results-oriented approach will be key to your success in this position.
