Job Summary: As a Factory Helper, you will assist in maintaining a clean and organized production area, support the counting and packing of components, and help with loading goods for dispatch. This is a physically active role requiring punctuality and reliability on a 10-hour shift. Key Responsibilities: Clean the shop floor and production areas by removing oil, metal shavings, and debris from the previous day’s production. Count components daily using weighing scales and report counts accurately to the production manager. Assist in packing components securely for dispatch. Help load finished components onto delivery trucks during dispatch. Follow safety guidelines and use provided equipment to ease lifting and handling of materials. Work Schedule: 10-hour shifts, full-time. Monday to Saturday Physically able to lift and move moderately heavy components, with mechanical assistance provided. Qualification & Skills: Education up to 10th standard or below. No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. Able to follow simple instructions and complete tasks efficiently. Compensation: Monthly salary range INR 12,000 to 15,000. Annual Dussehra bonus.

We seek a dedicated operator to run and monitor these machines, ensuring production meets strict quality standards. Job Summary: The Multi-Spindle Lathe Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring multi-spindle lathe machines to produce parts according to engineering drawings and specifications. The operator will adjust tooling settings as needed, load raw materials, and collaborate with quality and setup teams to resolve production issues. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor multi-spindle lathe automats during 10-hour shifts, Monday to Saturday. Ensure production of parts meets drawing and quality specifications by monitoring output. Use precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, dial gauges, and micrometers to inspect parts. Adjust tooling settings to correct deviations in product quality as necessary. Load new raw materials into machines to ensure continuous operation. Work closely with machine setters and quality inspectors to troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Maintain a clean and safe working environment adhering to safety norms and company policies. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma in Engineering or 10th standard pass. Basic mechanical aptitude with an interest in engineering principles. Prior experience operating multi-spindle machines or Traub lathes is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and use measuring instruments. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and within a team. Work Conditions & Compensation: 10-hour shifts from Monday to Saturday.
