Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele caller to join our Solar Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining the benefits of solar rooftop systems, generating interest, and helping convert qualified leads into sales. The company will provide verified data/leads. Attractive incentives will be offered for every successful deal closure. Key Responsibilities: Call prospective customers from the company-provided database. Explain solar products, government subsidy schemes (like PM Suryaghar Yojana), and financial benefits clearly and confidently. Understand customer needs and provide suitable solar solutions. Schedule follow-ups, share quotations, and coordinate with the field/sales team for site visits or closures. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM or call sheets regularly. Achieve weekly and monthly lead conversion targets. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English (regional languages are a plus). Basic knowledge of solar rooftop systems or willingness to learn. Strong sales attitude and target-oriented mindset. Proficient in handling calls, maintaining records, and reporting. Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate. Experience: 0–2 years (freshers with good communication skills are welcome). Compensation: Fixed Salary (as per experience) Attractive Incentives on every successful lead closure
