KNOWLEDGE OF TALLY AND BUSYSOFTWARE STOCKIST Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, ensuring timely stock replenishment and minimizing overstocking or shortages. Stock Verification: Perform regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies with system records. Receiving & Dispatching: Supervise the receiving, inspection, and proper storage of goods; ensure timely dispatch of materials as required. Warehouse Organization: Ensure efficient storage layout for easy access and minimal damage; maintain cleanliness and order in the store area. Record Keeping: Maintain updated records of incoming and outgoing materials, using inventory management software or manual logs. Stock Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, or monthly stock reports and share with relevant departments. Loss Prevention: Monitor for theft, damage, or loss and take preventive actions. Labeling & Tagging: Ensure all stock is properly labeled with relevant codes and descriptions. Compliance: Follow safety, health, and regulatory guidelines in warehouse operations.
