You will be joining NTT DATA as a Digital Engineering Lead Engineer based in Pune, Maharashtra (IN-MH), India. In this role, you will be responsible for ideating and developing AI/ML applications focusing on prediction, recommendation, text analytics, computer vision, bots, and content intelligence. Utilizing your statistical skills and advanced statistical techniques, you will apply your expertise in ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Spacy, and scikit-learn. It is essential to have a deep understanding of Python open-source software stack, including Django or Flask, Django Rest or FastAPI. Your knowledge in statistics, Machine Learning models, deep learning models, NLP, GAN, and other generative models will be leveraged in this role. Experience with RAG technologies, LLM frameworks, model registries, embedding models, and vector databases is required. You will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as Python and have a strong understanding of various Python packages, along with experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop and implement GenAI solutions, supporting the successful execution of AI projects for various clients. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of frameworks, capabilities, and features for NTT DATA's global GenAI platform and TechHub. Working on RAG models to enhance AI solutions and maintaining data infrastructure for actionable insights will be part of your responsibilities. Your role will involve collaborating with data science teams, understanding customer requirements, and delivering customized AI solutions. Preferred qualifications include experience in Private AI and Smart Agent Solutions. You should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience architecting high-impact GenAI solutions and 5+ years of experience in projects related to predictive analytics, data design, generative AI, AI/ML, and ML Ops. A Bachelor's Degree is required for this position, along with 3+ years of experience using Python. The ability to travel at least 25% of the time is also necessary.
