Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices in web development is essential. Your profile should include strong experience in web development using Python, Flask/Django, SQL, along with Azure OpenAI experience in creating agentic workflow/RAG implementation/AI Search. It would be advantageous to have knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React. Expertise in backend development with Python and Flask/Django frameworks, solid understanding of relational databases, and proficiency in SQL are required. Familiarity with cloud technologies and services, specifically Azure, and experience with containerization technologies like Docker are beneficial. Experience with Azure OpenAI and RAG implementation - Azure Open AI is mandatory. Furthermore, a good understanding of software development fundamentals, industry best practices, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, familiarity with version control systems like Git, and an understanding of agile software development methodologies are essential for success in this role.,
