Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Supervisor to oversee daily operations, guide team members, and ensure work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The Lead Supervisor will act as the bridge between management and staff, maintaining productivity, safety, and quality while fostering a positive work environment.
