As a diligent professional, you will be responsible for reviewing open complaints regularly to ensure timely response and closure in accordance with SLAs. Your primary goal will be to achieve revenue generation targets while also focusing on preventive maintenance adherence and ensuring the quality of service through regular audits. It will be essential for you to maintain the hygiene of the Customer i-base and consistently update end user data in the system. Your role will also involve driving customer engagement and maintaining a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) by establishing strong relationships with customers through prompt maintenance and proactive issue resolution. Additionally, you will be required to ensure the timely submission and processing of invoices from Channel Partners, as well as handling returns of defective spares, warranty claims, and other settlements. Furthermore, you will need to gather competitors" feedback and market insights in a timely manner to provide valuable input to the headquarters. Implementing systems and processes across all channel partners will also be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities.
