Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Manager based in Amritsar. The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the front office, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service. Tasks include managing & ensuring smooth guest check-ins and check-outs, resolving guest inquiries and issues, coordinating with other departments, training and hiring front office staff, and ensuring smooth front desk operations. Qualifications Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Excellent Communication skills Experience in Hotel management Experience in Hiring and training staff Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred
